In neon-soaked Orlando, a washed-up gymnast and an overly-nice housewife step into a cutthroat aerobics studio ruled by a power-hungry fitness king. Armed with nothing more than leg warmers and a dream, they’re headed for the greatest showdown that ever was: the 1988 Crystal Light National Aerobics Championship, hosted by Alan Thicke.
